The Brief – To develop a clever but streamline and intuitive recruitment platform that would attract high quality candidates, and a system that could process a high volume of candidate applications efficiently.

The Fuel platform by Octane was customised to TGI Friday’s branding requirements, to fit seamlessly into their existing online presence. In addition to the default package features, TGI Friday’s also requested:

       Four different role processes with their own application forms and recruitment steps

       Pre-screening scores to differentiate candidates ‘at a glance’

       A user-friendly ‘back-end’ with options to create flexible events with individual slots, skip recruitment steps and edit pre-populated email templates

       Additional reporting features with career site tracking
